No. Today Zentriq is distributed as a direct-download .app from your dashboard — upload it once in BC's Extension Management. Our AppSource submission is in progress; once validated, you'll be able to install in one click from the Microsoft marketplace.
BC Cloud version 25 and later. Works on both Sandbox and Production environments. On-prem BC is not supported today.
Only what your query asks for — we never export your full database. When you ask “list my open POs from vendor X”, we call the standard BC API for purchase orders filtered by that vendor, nothing else. Every call is subject to your BC user's own permissions. See Security for the full data flow diagram.
Yes — we use Claude as the language model. Your messages and the BC data needed to answer them are sent to Anthropic's API. Anthropic applies a zero data retention policy to our account — your data is not retained beyond the API call and is never used to train models.
Not today. Zentriq is SaaS-only. If you have a strict on-prem requirement, email sales@zentriqsoftware.com — we're gauging demand for an on-prem option.
Free plan: 20 chat messages per month, no credit card. Pro at 29 CHF/user/month = 300 msg. Business at 59 CHF/user/month = 700 msg + team seats. Ultra at 99 CHF/user/month = 1,250 msg + priority support. Document capture and PunchOut cart captures are sold as one-time credit packs. See full pricing.
One chat message = one message from your monthly allowance. Every plan uses the same Sonnet model — no tiered model access, no variable cost per query. PunchOut cart captures and Doc Capture documents have their own separate credit packs (1 credit per cart / per document, no expiry).
Yes. From your dashboard, click Manage subscription — this opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancel in one click. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Any paid plan lets you invite team members to your organization. Members share the message pool and credit balance. Only the org owner can change the plan or add/remove seats. Each team member signs in with their own Microsoft account — their BC permissions apply to what they can see and do.
Database + blob storage in the EU (Frankfurt). Anthropic inference runs in the US under zero-retention. Your BC tenant stays wherever Microsoft provisioned it — we never relocate it. Full residency table: Security → Data residency.
No. Zentriq needs network access to reach the BC API and the AI model. The BC extension itself is a lightweight chat surface — all intelligence runs on our backend.
Yes. Zentriq is a Swiss company, processing happens in the EU, we have Data Processing Agreements with every subprocessor, and we honor all data-subject rights (export, delete, object). Full details: Privacy Policy and Security.
English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and most European languages (Claude speaks ~30 fluently). BC data is returned in the language of the records themselves (e.g., French vendor names stay French). The UI is English today; French and German localization is on the roadmap.
Send the 2-page Security Overview (printable PDF). It covers data flow, encryption, residency, retention, and incident response — everything IT wants to see in one document.
