Zentriq Agent connects through a lightweight AL extension installed in your BC environment and uses OAuth 2.0 delegated access. It can only access data that your BC user account has permission to see.
Yes. Zentriq Agent uses OAuth 2.0 delegated access through Microsoft Entra ID. Your credentials are never stored. The Agent inherits your BC permission sets — it can never access more than you can. All data is processed in real-time and never stored on our servers.
Yes. On paid plans, the Agent can create purchase invoices, purchase orders, and requisition worksheet lines. Every write action requires your explicit approval before execution — nothing is created without your confirmation.
